Who we share your information with.

The information collected through My Sports Pulse™ and accompanying mobile correspondence is used by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, the University of Central Florida’s Institute for Simulation and Training, and participating school districts as a learning experiment. Information on the user’s progress through the trial will be kept as data to be used towards research unless permission to use the data is revoked. Incentives and rewards for completing the trial and exceptional performance will require the user’s email address, postal address, phone number, and email address. These will be used to send the child the prizes that they have earned. Third parties (sponsors of the project) will be providing incentives and prizes for exceptional performance through the trial. None of the first parties will market or send commercial information to the users.

Each must file a written consent form to be allowed to participate in the My Sports Pulse™ program. At any time, parents and guardians can refuse permission to collect personal information on their child and can request that any personal information we have collected be deleted from our records. We use two methods to allow parents to access, change, or delete the personally identifiable information that we have collected from their children.
